This machine will process fluid at a rate of 1200 gallons per hour and is capable of reducing water levels to less than 25 ppm. Options and custom modifications are available.
The UV-10 vacuum dehydration unit is capable of removing water from most lubricating, EHC and hydraulic fluids. It is designed for 1,000-1,500 gallon systems. This machine will process fluid at a rate of 600 gallons per hour and is capable of reducing water levels to less than 25 ppm. Options and custom modifications are available.
An EHC system needs clean, dry oil to operate efficiently. Keep- ing the oil clean and dry can be a challenge due to the environ- ment found in a typical power plant or co-gen system.
Electrostatic filtration proved to be an excellent way to remove micron size particles. It is easily backflushed eliminating the need for disposable elements. The problem was keeping the water lev- el low enough for the electrostatic system to operate efficiently.Industrial Fluid Systems integrated the Ultra Vac vacuum dehy-drator with an electrostatic filter to solve the problem.
This system has been also been used on high precision servo controlled simulators to maintain smooth steady motion control.
